All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
2. Processing & Dispatch Time
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days

We ship all orders using:

Evri Tracked Service
Royal Mail Tracked Service
This services provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, peak periods, or courier delays.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment
- Any applicable shipping fees are calculated and confirmed prior to order completion
We do not charge any hidden or additional shipping fees after checkout.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details (where applicable).

7. Delays & Lost Parcels
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur.
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
ENORION LIMITED is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
8. Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer error
